@@FoodamentaryAdventuresinFood I've heard about the cauliflower substitute, too, but couldn't even like riced cauliflower. I have, however, seen several videos of people subbing----get this...radishes---instead of cauliflower. Peel them, boil them, and mash. I've bought radishes, but still haven't tried them. Daikon can be used, too, but I've not seen it in groceries.
